A croissant/donut pastry rolled in fine sugar. The pastry just look like a donut but it is made from croissant dough.
FYI: A CRONUT is the famous hybrid pastry that mixes the feuilletée of a Croissant with the shape and the cooking process of a Donut. It has been created by Dominique Ansel in NYC.
We got inspired by the amazing pastry and made our own version of it.
